Very quiet 3 room apartment near the Rummelsburger lake on the wunderful peninsula Alt- Stralau near the famous very center of Berlin Alexanderplatz (15 minutes). The apartment is equipped with Internet ( WiFi ), flat screen TV, washing machine, fitted kitchen, large balcony with great views and two bedrooms with large double beds ( 140 * 200) equipped .
The apartment is thanks to the floor to ceiling windows to the balcony very bright and incredibly quiet. Here you hear the chirping of birds in the middle of Berlin and enjoy the apartment as a relaxing start and end point for exciting day in the capital. Or you just enjoy a walk at the Rummelsburger lake or the Spree river.

The east cross train station and plenty of trams, S -Bahn and bus stations are within walking distance. It is only a few stops from the famous Alexanderplatz, which is a central point with connections in almost any direction. The whole area around the apartment is a very popular place on the peninsula Alt- Stralau the middle of Berlin and belongs to the district Friedrichshain.

The most popular bars, cafes and restaurants are within easy reach in Friedrichshain or you ride the bus or bike! Within a few minutes you’re in the Simon -Dach-Straße in Friedrichshain, at the East Side Gallery, one bridge or the TV tower at Alexanderplatz.

Directions: DEPENDING on the time of day , it takes from 30 to 40 minutes from Tegel Airport ( TXL ) to east cross (S-Bahn). The journey from the railway station at Berlin- Schoenefeld ( SXF ) to east cross takes approx. 30 minutes ( Airport Express : RE7 and RB14 ).
